      Class Outline:

      • Rose Scented Gulabjamuns
      • Lavender Scented Balushai
      • Saffron Kheer


      As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with hot chai.

       

      You will learn to prepare three amazing Indian desserts from scratch. The first one will be rose scented Gulabjamuns - these are milk based desserts that soak in a rose-sugar syrup till they are perfectly juicy. I can't explain how amazing these are, so you'll have to find out for yourself!

      The second dessert that we'll prepare is called Balushai - this eggless dessert is flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. We'll coat the Balushais with a thick lavender scented syrup.

      The last dessert is called Kheer - it is a creamy rice pudding like nothing you've ever tasted before. We'll prepare our Kheer using high quality rice, milk, sugar, and saffron. I'll explain how you can make amazing dessert even more awesome by adding various other ingredients.
