      Do you have a stiff neck and shoulder tension?   Do you feel stressed sometimes?   Why don't you try Body and Brain Yoga? Body and Brain Yoga is a unique and dynamic practice with simple exercises and it’s suitable for all ages and body types. This 70 minute class will guide you to reconnect your body and mind and create optimal energy circulation,  Water up Fire down in your body. The class starts with warm-up exercise by tappping abdomen and move on to opening up the meridian channels by deep stretching, tapping whole body, and moving to music.  This Friday class will focus more on Brain Wave Vibration/Dynamic Meditation and deep breathing.  Through rhythm and sound you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a balanced and calm state.  As the participants get ready we will continue to energy meditation where you learn how to quite the mind and consciousely connect and feel energy.  At the end of the class, you will feel relaxed, energized, and grounded.  Some of the benefits people usually report after taking Body and Brain Yoga classes are Increase strength and flexibility Release stress and improve sleep quality Reduce anxiety and manage emotions better Discover inner peace, confidence, and joy Deepen mindfulness Enhance relationships in life All participants will be given FREE access to 1 Minute Change Exercise App, a collection of favorite Body and Brain Yoga exercises so that you can practice at home. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Beginners are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. Space is limited so please register early. *If this is your FIRST TIME taking Body and Brain Yoga, you are eligible for one FREE class. Please register for Comlimentary ticket at least one day in advance and show up! If you cannot make it please cancel the ticket so that others can use it.
