Viewpoints Gallery is proud to present our May exhibition of fine art jewelry by Patricia Accorinti and hand-built clay by Vered Binyamini.

Pat Accorinti’s jewelry is informed by natural forms and patterns to create stunning and unique pieces. Stone and mixed metals are often used in her creations. Recently, she has added color to her silver work with vitreous enamel, in the form of Cloisonné and experimental torch-fired enamel.
Pat has been working in silver for over 40 years. She taught jewelry design and art to high school students for 15 of those years. When she retired from education after 31 years, she continued to work with jewelry. She is a member of the Monterey Bay Metal Arts Guild and the Alliance of Metal Clay Arts Worldwide. Vered Binyamini finds working in clay to be the best mode of expression for her life experiences and emotions. Her artwork is rooted in childhood memories of African and Middle Eastern cultures, and convey a multi-cultural aesthetic.
“I am drawn to clay’s simplicity, earthy feel and color. Clay is my language; a physical and spiritual mediator between my inner and outer worlds.” Both utilitarian and sculptural, her pieces are made by hand using traditional techniques of coil building, pinching, and slab-building, resulting in a unique texture and balance.
Vered works from her home studio in Sunnyvale, CA, but living in Israel, Nigeria and the US informs the multi-cultural aesthetics in her art. For more information about Vered’s art, please visit
